About Charly the Motivational Pearl

Charly The Motivational Pearl is the Chief Executive Officer for Motivational Pearls Enterprises, LLC, a personal and business development consulting organization and Executive Director of The Decorum Group, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit that focuses on etiquette and enrichment training designed to address the social development needs of children ages 6 – 19.

As an author, speaker, trainer and coach, Charly is unquestionably proficient at providing high-impact programs in personal development. Acknowledged as an expert consultant, speaker and coach, she is a former corporate trainer for one of the nations’ largest international communications companies where she traveled nationally providing on-the-job training opportunities for thousands of employees.

Charly is the author of “The Woman of Wow! Taking Your Place Among the Queens,” “Pathway to Success” and "Get A Life: The 7 Ways of Being to Manifest Success," three personal development processes to assists individuals pave the bridge of life elevating them from where they are to where they want to be – successful.

Charly attended The Atlanta Bible College as well as the International Institute of Learning where she received her Certification in Project Management. Charly graduated from the Clayton County Grassroots Leadership Institute in December 2009 and was the recipient of a scholarship to attend Leadership Clayton a community leadership program provided by the Clayton County Chamber of Commerce which she graduated from in May 2011 and became the recipient of the class Leadership Award. In 2009, Charly became the recipient of the Citizen of the Year Award presented by the Women of Power and Prestige and Button Up America and in 2011 she became the first place winner of the Partner In Education award presented by Sequoyah Middle School. Most recently, she was inducted into the Atlanta Dream’s Inspiring Women Class of 2011 for her work in the community.

Charly’s passion is being an advocate for women and children to alleviate some of the social ills facing our society such as low academic levels, poverty, unemployment, juvenile delinquency, lack of social skills, domestic violence as well as drug and alcohol abuse.
