an adult personal and business development consulting organization
and Executive Director of The Decorum Group, an etiquette and
enrichment training organization designed to address the social
development needs of children ages 6 – 19, located in Jonesboro, GA.

field trips, retreats and coaching sessions.

speaker and coach, she is a former corporate trainer of a leading
international communications company where she traveled nationally
providing on-the-job training opportunities for thousands of
employees. She has also developed and implemented two youth
summer camps (The Lake Harbin Teen Club and The Heavenly
Peaches) in Clayton County.
Author of “Pathway to Success” and “Get a Life” (recently published
works), Charly focuses on providing the gaps in knowledge that create
success. In her books, she discusses the mental attitudes and internal
power that propel people into success. Her step-by-step methods will
help pave the bridge of life to take people from where they are now to
where they aspire to be.
Charly earned her Associates Degree in Theology at the Atlanta Bible
College as well as her certification in Project Management from the
Project Management Institute. A long-time member of Toastmasters
International she has earned her Advanced Communication Gold and
Advanced Leader awards while serving as Club President and Area
Governor.
Charly is extremely dedicated to her clients and students. Her passion
is to provide opportunities for their growth and development. She feels
