I started my weight loss challenge three months ago and it has been a fantastic journey. I love getting on the scale each week to find out that I have lost between 1-3 pounds. I enjoy shopping for clothes three dress sizes smaller. Most of all, I like feeling normal when I am in a group. I am more confident with myself and I am motivated to continue to my ideal weight goal. I have a long way to go, but I'm not stopping. Please join me.
